Rest
You might think this card is pretty self-explanatory. But, if this card has come up in your reading, you’re probably not getting the strong hints from your Angels and guides that you need rest. There are usually very obvious signs … stress, fatigue, feeling negative, run down or just having no energy – possibly even getting physically ill. This is the way our Divine self tells us it’s time for a break, but many of us are really good at ignoring those signs because we are “so busy”.
Okay, stop being so busy! That’s probably easier said than done for sure, but it’s time to get some rest. Do whatever you need to do to take some time out for yourself. What works for me is to literally block time out in my schedule for a 20 minute power nap, or whatever it is that I really need. Maybe it’s not that you need a nap per se; maybe you just need a short mental vacation. After all, it’s really hard to be creative or even really productive when your brain is overworked or overwhelmed.
Right now, take a moment and think about what you can do today that will give you a bit of rest. It might be habit to say, “Oh, I don’t have time for that.” But, you do have time. Make yourself a priority. Take a breather. You can only do your best, give your best, when you are your best.

It can sometimes be challenging to remain objective when asking personal questions. I too often feel like I am being shown a card that doesn’t seem to be an answer to my question. If you can try to think outside the box or try to find the metaphorical meaning meaning of the card sometimes that can really help. Or even bounce the results off a close friend you trust. I often find it is easier to think of possible meanings when my friend is drawing cards versus trying to interpret my own results.
I would take this as a message to rest as it says and during your restful time more may come to you. Ask your angels and guides for additional signs and remember the signs don’t always come as we expect them to or in the time frame we want.

Hi!, I’ve received this card in the one card reading, could this suggest I need to relax?
Yes, Nachi … Rest and Relaxation are very important. For one thing, when we are too worked up about something, our own energy can cause issues in our environment and even prevent good energy from coming in. With rest, I also find that it calms my heart and mind enough to receive guidance that I need. I hope this helps you. 🙂
I received the Rest card as the outcome. Could this card also mean pregnancy?

I’ve never seen this card indicate that someone is pregnant, but it could certainly mean that a person needs rest because they are pregnant – or possibly that you need rest in order for your body to get what it needs to become pregnant. I hope this helps. 🙂
A few months ago, I received this card quite often. And yes, I ignored it, thinking I had no choice but to work hard and finish what needed. The result, I’m now practically ill and sick that I have been forced to rest as the body just shut down. (Hard) lessons learned.

This is a very powerful message, but like you said some people ignore it.
I myself when I receive this card have said i dont have time but then something
happens and I have no choice but to slow down. So now I listen when I receive this card
its the best advice from the angels, who know best for us.
