The Mother Earth Project

by Rev. Sheri, founder of Angel Messenger

Contest winners have been chosen and will be announced in a new blog post on July 15th, 2019.

In the eBook I recently wrote “Beacons of Love“, I mentioned this idea I’ve had about how I’ve thought it would be fun to paint a bunch of stones to hide around town (like the Easter Bunny hides eggs) but signed with Love from M.E. on the back (Mother Earth). Despite knowing I might be the only one who understands the intention, I still thought it would be fun! When my husband proofread my book for me, he really loved the idea, so I kept thinking about it … and then I started painting … and painting.

I have actually started my own Mother Earth Project, and I would really like to invite you to be a part of it. All you have to do is paint some stones, and sign the back Love from ME, and then place your little trinkets around town as wishes and blessings from Mother Earth. Of course, you can also write out “Mother Earth”. I have a difficult time writing out longer words with paint due to the nerve pain … my hands will start shaking. But, if you can, go for it! 😉 I’m going to give you some incentive, but first I wish to say this …

I really encourage you to participate in this project … because Love & Hope are seriously needed in this world. This isn’t just about getting free stuff. It really is about creating Beacons of Love, Hope, Joy, Positive Energy and Inspiration all over the World, and I really do HOPE that people will want to join me in my effort to do something that just might brighten someone’s day. Sure, you might never see the face of the person who finds the beacon you put out in the world, but you know that you put it out there. You know that you put your LOVE out there in the world for someone to find. No matter who they are or where they come from, someone is going to find your beacon, and it’s going to make their day better. You can make a difference in someone’s day, in someone’s life, simply by painting a rock … This is a call to all spiritual warriors to create Beacons of Love and Hope in our world!

How would you like to Win an Awesome Prize Package?

I really want to do this, and I really want you to do this with me! I would LOVE to see little Beacons of Love and Hope and all kinds of positive little messages popping up all over the world because we are doing this little project, and it would be really cool to be able to share it here so that others can see what we are doing. I’m so serious about this that I’m planning to give away 4 awesome prizes! Here’s what I’m thinking …

I would love to have you get together with your friends (or even just by yourself) and paint stones with messages of hope, love, inspiration or whatever you think of and sign the back with love from Mother Earth. If you want to have a party but are not sure how to put one together, check out this eBook. (Making a purchase has no bearing on winning.)

Take pictures of your stones (and yourself, if you wish) and share them with us here. We may share your pictures and story in a blog post or on social media. I’m not sure yet how we will put them together in a story, but I hope to show a story of creating love and hope across the world. I just think that would be really beautiful! <3

Oh, yes, and by sharing with us … you will be entered to win one of these awesome prizes.

Add a Little Manifestation Flame to Your Stones

Music

Music is one of my favorite ways to add magic to anything I do. I have a few different playlists on our Angel Messenger YouTube page, but the one that might be best for creating is the Empowerment Playlist. Of course, you may have your own playlists. Play whatever music inspires you to create. Play whatever empowers you. Play something that makes you want to sing! That energy just adds to the magic you’re creating! <3

Group Intention

One advantage to having all of us working on the same intention of creating Love and Hope is that we are all focusing on the same idea, and thus using the power of group intention. I personally believe we are getting closer and closer to a time when science will meet spirituality, and it will be proven that group focus can make a difference in the world. If you are a student of spiritual studies, you may already be familiar with the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and his work with water crystals. There are already scientists taking this work even further. (You may be interested in reading The Power of Eight by Lynne McTaggart.)

Although we are not all working on our project at the same exact moment in time, we are working on similar projects with similar intentions, and I’m really curious about how that can affect our world. If enough of us participate in this project with pure intention, I do believe that it is possible for us to raise the vibrational frequency of our country … of our world. I am really interested in how we might make a positive difference, especially if we are all using the same magical sigil …

Sigils

One way that I add a little something extra to my painted stones is by adding what is called sigils to the underside of my stones before I paint them, and then the paint covers the sigil. A sigil is basically a symbolic expression of what it is that you are trying to manifest. This article gives a basic explanation of how to create your own sigil, and creating your own does generally have more power for your own personal work than to borrow someone else’s sigil. However, I’m going to share one with you that I created as an example for this purpose. I also ran across this website where you can type in your desire, and it will create a sigil for you. (Remember, willing anything negative will not bring you good things … ALWAYS will positive!)

The first thing I do is decide what my will or intention is. So, for this example, I’m going to say that my intention is as follows, “It is my will to create Love and Hope in the world.” Now, I need to remove any repeating first letters in that sentence, so I end up with the following (m and w are the same letter just one is upside down) … IMTCLAH. The next step is to create a symbol that incorporates all those letters, either uppercase or lowercase, and then it has to be sealed in by drawing a box around all four sides (if not already boxed in). My final design for the Love and Hope Sigil is pictured here to the right. I realize it looks like a simple four-paned window. When I draw it by hand, it actually looks more like an equal armed cross. However, if you look closely, you should be able to find all the letters above in the symbol.

I activate this sigil with a simple prayer …

Holding the sigil folded in my receiving hand with dominant hand on top, a white candle is lit. (You may inscribe “Love” on one side and “Hope” one the other.) I say parts of this prayer three times to reinforce the power of the holy trinity.

Holy Father, Holy Mother, Rising Christ, may my prayer be heard.
I ask for your aid now to Create what is Divine and Protect what is Sacred.
It is my will to create Love and Hope in the world.
It is my will to create Love and Hope in the world.
It is my will to create Love and Hope in the world.
As was, as is and as shall be.
As was, as is and as shall be.
As was, as is and as shall be.
With peace and love I pray this for the good of all. Bless it be. Amen.

Then just draw it on the underside of your stones! I draw it on with pencil and then paint over it. (Talk about turning lead into gold, huh? How’s that for transformation? Lol … We are taking the weapon of Cain and creating Gifts – beacons of love and hope instead!) Keep in mind, if you are using a white base coat, you should go very light with the pencil. Keep your sigil within sight as you are painting. Once you are all finished, release the sigil. I prefer to release them to fire. Here’s what I do …

Release your intention to fire. (This does require adult supervision, if you are allowing kids to paint!) If you can, go outside and do this in your fire pit. If not, get a big kitchen pot and a lighter. Fold up your sigil – not so tightly it won’t burn. Hold the lighter over the pot, put the paper to the flame and say, “I release my will to the flame knowing it will come true.” And then release the paper into the pot, but ensure that all bits of the paper are completely burned to ash. Later, even the next day, release the ash to the wind. (You want to make sure the ash is completely cooled.) Or, you can bury it in the Earth.

These are the beacons I created. Some people are able to create a dozen or so in one night, but I am a slow painter. There are also weeks I’m not able to paint at all due to pain. In a good week, I’m usually able to paint 2-3 a week. It took me a few months, but I ended up with 33 beacons, and I will be placing these throughout the month of April.

How to Get Started

To get started, get some paint brushes and paints. Stones can be found outside, but it is a good idea to ask the land you take them from for permission and to also ask the stones if they wish to work with you for this purpose. (I do believe we are one with nature and should ALWAYS be respectful.) Be very sure that you don’t take stones from protected areas. Since Michigan has been covered with ice and snow for many months, I get my stones online through Amazon. (Remember, Angel Messenger is an affiliate of Amazon, so purchasing through links on our site does help us a little bit. We get like 4% of the total sale.)

Paint a base coat of whatever color you choose. After that dries, you can paint your stone with encouraging words, mandalas, use dotting tools or even temporary tattoos. There are a lot of different things you can do actually. My favorite book of ideas is the one I’m giving away in the package for the First Place winner called the Rock Art Handbook by Samantha Sarles. My husband bought me this book for Christmas, and it’s a really great book that covers several different painting techniques, including all kinds of paint pens – even using Sharpies. If rock painting interests you, you should get this book.

Great Places to Place Your Beacons

I follow several rock painting groups online, and one (Suicide Prevention Rocks) recently had an excellent discussion on where to place painted rocks. Here are a few suggestions … parks, park benches, outside mental health facilities, hospitals, doctor offices, vet centers, soup kitchens, funeral homes, cemeteries, churches, libraries, high schools, give to teachers for students (or teachers), entrance ways, the produce section of a grocery store, gas stations, on a window sill, on a light post in a parking lot, waiting rooms, nursing homes, rehab facilities, war memorials, post office, restrooms, bridges. Basically, you can place them anywhere people go. Keep them in plain sight and ensure they will not create any issues. (If you leave one in a park, don’t just leave it in the grass where the lawn mower will hit it. If in a doorway, make sure no one will trip on it … etc. ) If you have other ideas, please feel free to share them in the comments below. 🙂 Have fun!

Love and Blessings,

Sheri

P.S. The original end date of this contest was April 26th, 2019. However, the consensus was that it was not enough time, so we have extended the contest through the end of June. It’s much more fun to hide stones when the weather is not so cold. 😉 Keep in mind, the idea of this project is to put gifts of Love and Hope out into the world – not to keep them for yourself. 🙂 Anyone who did enter a submission before the original deadline will automatically receive a copy of my Beacons of Love eBook just for entering as a Thank You.

I left the first one at the Opera House in Howell, Michigan over the weekend. Also, a dear friend carried one to Canada for me and another to New York. 🙂
