Soul Growth

You are more than a physical body having a human experience on earth. You have a bright light deep within your inner core ~ it is your soul. Your soul purpose is to grow, learn, and evolve to a higher level of vibration during the time you will live on this planet. Every challenge you have faced or will ever face is an opportunity for soul growth.

Your soul is very wise, and it’s always seeking to learn, to grow from life experiences, and to move forward with higher levels of vibration. You don’t have to have major life challenges for soul growth. Positive shifts in vibration can occur by simply changing outgrown behaviors or patterns, such as:

Deciding to no longer seek approval from others
No longer putting demands on your life
Releasing toxic relationships, harsh environments, negative attitudes, etc.
Deciding to be true to yourself by honoring your feelings

When making positive changes in life, such as releasing old patterns or behaviors, your soul will shine even brighter, and you may even feel as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. Here are some ways to recognize soul growth:
