It’s Time to Go Within

Silence

Rather than looking to external sources to find your guidance and answers, it’s time to go within. In truth your soul always knows what you most need and want. In times of doubt we sometimes look to others for validation and support. Give yourself some credit and look within to that powerful source within you where you find your answers. You know that place; it has spoken to you before in your times of greatest need. In fact, it’s speaking to you right now, yet it may be difficult to hear if your world seems chaotic. Silence also means it’s time to retreat from your busy mind and world and take a break from all the noise around you. When you find those moments of silence, you are better able to hear that guidance from within. How do you create silence? Sometimes you can find silence (your own personal retreat) within your home, other times you may need to get in your car and go to your favorite spot in nature. What’s important is that you quiet your mind and set an intention that you are ready to allow the guidance you most need to bubble up from within. What do you most want to know right now? What guidance are you seeking? The answers are within you; just allow yourself the time to get quiet and hear what you will discover.
