Fall Equinox, September 22

September 22 is a very Special Day. It’s the Fall Equinox.

There are ONLY two days a year when day and night are in total balance with each other and these are referred to as Equinox days. One equinox day is in March and the other is in September. On these two very spiritual days the hours of Day and Night are in perfect balance with each other.

During these two days it a time for YOU to put yourself back in balance. Right now take the time to think about what parts of your life are NOT in balance.

• Do you work too much and don’t have time to play?
• Are you doing too much for others and not taking care of yourself?
• Are you taking care of your physical needs (eating right, exercising) but not finding time to nourish your spirit (Pray, meditate, talk to your angels)?

Wherever your life may be out of balance take the time on September 22 and make a CHOICE to “Balance” your life once again. Start to walk in harmony with yourself and on that day the Angels said to tell you to look in the mirror and tell yourself just how much YOU Love YOU!!
