Maintain a Schedule
I can’t emphasize the importance of the age-old adage, early to bed, and early to rise. Hence, it is crucial that you maintain a strict schedule for waking up, going to bed, eating, and exercising. You don’t have to be perfect all the time but make an effort to stick to a routine as much as possible.
Our bodies function best when there is an element of predictability in our life. This is why pulling off an all-nighter can completely throw your body off balance. Whereas waking up at the same time every day (including weekends) enhances your sense of well being.
This tip might sound simple but it’s often the simple things in life that are the most important.

Incorporate More Live Foods into Your Diet
We are all familiar with the incredibly refreshing feeling we get when we eat fresh, organic, raw food. This is because such food items have a very high concentration of life force energy. Hence, be sure to start your day with a fresh glass of fruit/vegetable juice, add more salad to your diet, and eat more fruits.

Spend Time in Sunshine

This happens for the first 0.5-1 hour when you wake up in the morning and the last 0.5-1 hour before you retire to bed. Hence, these two times of the day are highly favorable for reprogramming your subconscious mind through meditation.

Spend Time with Your Loved Ones
Love is the strongest healing force in the entire world. By giving unconditional love we can rejuvenate our body, mind, and soul. Receiving love soothes our wounds and heals our hearts. Love does really create miracles.
Practice unconditional love by doing things for others without expecting anything in return. Allow the love in your life to grow by extending your circle of compassion to include strangers, acquaintances, and even your enemies.
Try to connect with others at the soul level. The more you work on personal evolution, the easier it will be to love others unconditionally.
At the same time, be open to receiving love. Graciously accept what is offered to you from the heart. Receiving love is just as important as giving love.

Breathwork is excellent for boosting immunity. I would highly recommend that you take up yoga and learn the practice of pranayam from an experienced teacher. Breathing exercises rejuvenates your body, mind, and soul in the most profound way possible.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are also excellent practices for learning how to use the power of breath to recharge and refresh your body.

Add Turmeric to Your Diet
Turmeric is a powerful immunity booster. You can add turmeric powder to your regular recipes on a daily basis.
