Not only are you hindering your own physical health and emotional well-being, but your mental state is being affected as well.  You need to find balance in your life.  A balance between work and rest/play is crucial, especially for you and especially right now.

It is also very possible that your angels are trying to bring you new ideas and inspirations but that your body and mind do not have enough energy and clarity to accept them.

Chances are that this is not the first time you have received such a message, and now you need to listen.  This guidance can no longer be ignored.  Your life will be better, if you would just take a little time out.

Take a nap.  Take a mini vacation, if possible.  Whatever you do, it is beyond time for a time out!
