Ambient sounds can create a wonderful little bubble of meditative solitude and relaxation. I love to listen to sounds like the Forest Raindrops below while reading or taking a soak in the tub. This recording is about an hour long, but you deserve this time for yourself. So, schedule in an hour of time somewhere for yourself this week.
