Meditation Monday: Come on, You have 5 Minutes …
I would say that meditation is by far the most recommended homework assigned to clients by their guides and angels. Why? For starters, meditation helps us connect with our guides and angels on our own – without the need for an intermediary. Secondly, meditation is well known as a stress reduction tool that not only helps us to focus our mind on the positive but has many physical benefits as well.
I recently read an article on how meditation can help you become a better parent, and I can certainly believe that. Meditation is a great tool for clearing away all the metal junk that others throw our way – the stuff we can’t seem to let go of. It’s a great way to spend a few minutes a day in a space that gets you on the right track.

I have just tried this meditation. It was lovely to have an energy boast, sometimes life goes so fast we forget to take a few moments to ourselves to recharge. This meditation felt very cleansing. It is certainly managable on a busy schedule. Thank you for sharing. Light and love, Jacqueline

This is lovely, and such a powerful way to energize your chakras — a terrific way to start the week. Something that may be helpful to those who listen.
