“Spend time alone in nature …”

When the angel Leila comes into your cards it is time to get grounded, get clear of energies that are not your own. You may have picked up energy from others that may be contributing to a lack of clarity.

Quiet your mind and tune into your own inner voice. Being outside in nature is the best way to do this. If for some reason you find yourself unable to go out in nature, you can focus your meditation and go to a nature setting in your minds eye. You can use grounding stones and crystals, or sea salt in your showers or bath to help clear your energy field and also help with grounding.

Touching or holding anything that is natural from the earth will also help you become grounded.
