We found a home we loved, but it was bank owned by a lender that was not willing to negotiate on anything. We moved on and were in the process of purchasing a different home (that my husband and I both knew we were settling for) when our dream house suddenly came back on the market at the price it should have been in the first place. We now live in the house we thought was lost to us.
If this move is a career change, this could mean literally moving to a new company or even a new line of work altogether. Or, it could be talking about a promotion in your current job. However, if this is a promotion, it’s likely a big change from whatever you are doing now.
If you’ve been considering a job change, this card is a message that it’s time. Keep your eyes and your options open for opportunities. Search for job openings. Apply to jobs that interest you.
This change might come through someone you meet, so be aware. Maybe it will be someone you already know, or it could be someone new. It is important during this time to be a little more outgoing. Put yourself out there to take advantage of opportunities that might present themselves in even the most unlikely of places.

What does it mean if this card comes up in the challenges position?

It can be challenging to interpret the cards at times and it often does depend on the question asked to put it into perspective. However in general I think that when this shows up in the challenge position that you maybe are not putting yourself out there for the new job, to meet someone or for a new place to live. If you are not doing something that could move you forward in a positive way then that may be why it is challenging you rather than helping you move forward. It could also be that the information has not yet been shown to you so you may not know what way to go just yet.
It may not necessarily mean a physical move either but that you are headed in the right direction (if you are taking some action to move yourself forward) for something in your life. Again, it would relate back to your specific question.
