Our Angel Helpers

Angels are Divine messengers. They are sent to help us along on our journey in this life. They are not here to learn our lessons for us or to take away challenges. However, they are here to guide and support us in our development as souls, which likely includes lessons and challenges.

How Angels Help Us

For Angels to aid us, it certainly helps if we are willing and able to listen to them in order to receive their help.

Susie was on her way to get a haircut one day and was rushing around as usual because she had left work late. As she drove down Route 360, speeding a bit, a voice whispered in her ear, “Slow down now.”

Susie ignored the voice, and seemingly out of nowhere, a deputy sheriff pulled her over for speeding just moments later. Luckily Susie had a good driving record, and the officer did not give her a ticket.

After he told her she was free to go, she told him “If I had just listened to my guardian angel, I wouldn’t have been speeding.” Needless to say, the officer gave her a strange look before walking back to his car.

Randy was new to online dating and was eager to make a good connection. He browsed the photos of available women and decided to message a few of them. One in particular caught his attention as she was quite attractive with a really nice profile, but whenever he tried to click on the button to send her a message, the button wouldn’t work.

Randy tried everything he could think of to be able to connect with this woman. He made several attempts to click the Message button, he tried a different browser, and he even shut down his computer and restarted it. Finally, after a half hour of trying, he was able to send her a message.

Her reply let him know that his guardian angel had been trying to protect him as the woman wrote back asking him for money. She was one of the online dating scammers he had been warned about.

Grace met a man she fell head over heels in love with. She ignored the little voice in her head that told her he was wrong for her. She ignored her friends, who could see things about the man that she just couldn’t see. Within a couple of months, they became engaged, and Grace allowed this man to move into her home.

She kept hearing (and ignoring) a little voice that repeatedly told her to break up with this man. After a year of living together, this man announced that he was leaving Grace to go marry his long lost love with whom he had recently spent time when he was supposed to have been out of town at a convention. He told Grace that he had fallen out of love with her months ago and had been involved with this woman all that time.

Grace says that the next time she will listen to what the angels (and her Earth angel friends) are trying to tell her before getting involved with another guy.

Two Simple Tools for Connecting with Your Angels

There are many wonderful tools that can help us connect with our angels and receive messages from them. The following are two simple methods:

Angel Dipping

You probably have a book that is very special to you, one that has tons of wisdom in it. For some, it is the Bible; others use the Tao Te Ching by Lao Tsu, the Shariat Ki Sugmad or some other favorite wisdom book. Other recommended books that offer wisdom on a wide variety of things are as follows:

2. There’s a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer
3. 365 Days of Angel Prayers by Sunny Dawn Johnston
4. Everyday Wisdom for Success by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer

Sit with your favorite wisdom book, close your eyes, and ask the angels for help with a specific issue. Then thumb through the book until you feel the angels guiding your fingers to a particular page. Open the book and find the message therein.

Angel Cards
