Self Forgiveness

We are human beings and born to make mistakes. Your angels are asking you to release any feelings of guilt or shame that is weighing heavy in your heart. God and the angels see everyone as a perfect reflection of Divine love and will forever love you unconditionally.

Self-forgiveness is an act of self-love and a gift to your soul that releases you of internal suffering. If you have had a difficult time releasing feelings of guilt, the angels are here to help. They ask that you take your physical hands and place them over your heart. Place the intent that you are ready to release any old guilt you have been carrying to the angels. Take a deep breath, and on the exhale, open your hands- exposing your heart. Allow your heart to open and expand with each breath you take. As you release old guilt, the angels pour love and light onto your heart.
