A Prayer for Peace in Uncertain Times

There are moments when the world feels as though it is standing at a threshold.

Where decisions carry weight far beyond what we can see.
Where the lives of many hang in the balance.

This is one of those moments.

And so today, we pause…
not in fear,
but in intention.

A Prayer for Peace

May those in positions of power be guided by wisdom, not force.
May clarity rise where there is confusion.
May compassion be felt where there has been distance.

May hearts be softened to the reality of human life—
not as numbers or outcomes,
but as precious, irreplaceable souls.

May the eyes of those making decisions be opened
to the full weight of what is at stake.

May they be guided away from harm…
and toward paths that protect life, rather than end it.

May peace find a way forward—
even where it feels unlikely.

If you are feeling the weight of the world right now,
you are not alone.

And you are not meant to carry it all.

You are allowed to step back.
To breathe.
To return to what is steady within you.

Peace does not only exist in world decisions—
it begins in quiet, human moments.

In how we care.
In how we speak.
In how we choose not to add more fear to the world.

Even now…
you can be a place of calm.
