There are moments in life when survival itself is an act of bravery.

When a woman walks away from violence, she often does so with nothing but her courage. No belongings. No soft place to land. And sometimes, no one who understands what she’s been through.

I created the Compassion Kits for She not only to support survivors—but because I am one. These sacred care bundles were born from my own healing journey. They are an offering of love and restoration, a tangible reminder that no woman should ever walk alone in her pain.

🌸 What Are Compassion Kits for She?

In partnership with the Women’s Center of Greater Lansing, Compassion Kits for She are gifted directly to women healing from domestic violence and trauma. Each kit is intentionally curated to bring warmth, dignity, and a gentle spark of light during a dark time.

These are not just supplies—they are sacred gifts. Each item carries a quiet message: You matter. You are seen. You are loved.

💖 What’s Inside a Kit?

Each care bundle may include:

• Soap and deodorant

• Shampoo and conditioner

• Toothbrush and toothpaste

• A soft blanket for comfort and security

• Lotion and a hairbrush for gentle self-care

• A journal and pen for personal reflection

• A coloring book and colored pencils for creative calm

• A handwritten blessing or message of hope

Every item is new, clean, and chosen with care—because every woman deserves to feel human, even in the midst of rebuilding.
