hello colleen, am enjoying yr weekly readings. most timely and accurate. like yr gentleness and softness and beautifull Angel cards.
can u pleaz ask yr team to send the email readings ect a few days earlier. i get them about half way through the week instead of the beginning, or a day before would be good.

As for doing the videos any earlier, I have been doing them on Friday or Saturday so they should be available then……I will start posting them on Angel Messenger on Sundays rather than waiting until Monday so I hope this helps!

Can I suggest replacing the term ‘negative thoughts’ with ‘fearful thoughts’, it is commonly used along with ‘focus on the positive’
I struggled with this dichotomy for many years but now view it very differently – I was always beating myself up for ‘thinking negatively’..
However a negative thought is usually simply a fear. Pushing yourself to focus on the positive often means disregarding the fear and saying – no I must not feel this way I must be positive.
However if I say to myself ‘of course you are afraid given past experience.. how can I nourish you, help you feel safe and loved?’ I get better results and judge and berate myself less.
It may be just me who has really struggled with the word ‘negative’ but if others have also had this problem I thought I’d share to help.

Thank you for your point of view regarding the use of the word, “negative.” I can appreciate that certain words and beliefs may trigger people’s energies according to situations and circumstances that they have been through in the past. However, there is no way for me to know what words or beliefs may trigger different people……I usually just speak the information as my guides and angels have given it to me. I am sorry that it has triggered something for you, or for anyone else if it has…..it is not my intention to cause anyone discomfort…….I only desire to communicate and send positive vibration, information and healing to people.
