Shamanism is a path not a religion. It is rather a way of life and includes the awareness of anima-that everything has a soul essence. Animals, plants, minerals, all of existence have a quality of sentience. Anima encompasses a knowing of how you and I are capable of self empowerment and healing through energy connectedness within a greater whole.
In order to fully experience the expression of a particular spirituality or chosen ritualistic practice, a soul needs to have the freedom to explore and to experience the fullness of that system of faith.

Expectations are blocks to gifts from Spirit, so rather than expecting a certain timing or specific answer to the desired request, it is best to let go along your way with trust that your communications have been acknowledged and answers will present themselves in their own timing.

It is difficult to ‘act’ from our Centers unless we learn to throw out the inner garbage we have stored there. Even if it is intense pain we are not letting surface.
