When Faith Hurts: A Sacred Reflection for My Fellow Christians and the Ones They’ve Wounded
It has been over a week since I shared an article reflecting on the relationship between yoga and Christian faith, and the wave of responses—some curious, some compassionate, many hostile—has left me both heartbroken and deeply reflective ... So, to those who claim Christ and yet meet others with scorn and superiority: this is not the way.

New Angel Readings Now Available
We’re excited to introduce two powerful new online angel readings now live at Angel Messenger! These offerings are part of the evolving Bridge of Light experience—a sacred space for Divine connection, spiritual insight, and heart-healing guidance.
🌉 The Bridge Across the Veil Reading
This reading is designed to help you feel closer to loved ones in Heaven and the unseen spiritual realm. Whether you’re reaching out for comfort, connection, or a message of peace, this sacred bridge offers a gentle path between worlds.

By Their Fruits, You Will Know Them
It’s been a revealing week.
After sharing from my heart on the intersection of faith, healing, and practices like yoga, I received a wave of responses—some loving and curious, others painfully judgmental. And as I sat with it all, I was reminded of something Jesus once said:
“By their fruits, you will know them.” (Matthew 7:16)
He didn’t say by their labels you will know them.
He didn’t say by their loud declarations, their credentials, or their ability to quote Scripture.
He said: look at the fruit.

Stretching Into Stillness: A Christian Perspective on Yoga
Over the years, I've received many heartfelt messages from people wrestling with whether practices like yoga are compatible with Christianity. Some believe yoga is evil or spiritually dangerous. Others, like myself, have found healing and connection through yoga, not separation from God. I want to speak to those in the middle of this conversation—to offer clarity, compassion, and context.

Becoming the Light: Living from What We’ve Survived
For a long time, I thought I had to be fully healed before I could begin again.
But healing isn’t a finish line. It’s a way of walking.
It’s the breath we choose each morning.
It’s the softness we allow back in.
This isn’t a story of arrival.
It’s a sacred reflection on how I’m living now—after the unmaking, after the darkest room, after the rising.
🌿 Living as a Sacred Sensitive
I used to try to fit into the world’s definition of “strong.”
To be quiet when I felt too much.
To be agreeable when I sensed something was wrong.
To stay small so I wouldn’t scare anyone with the depth of what I knew.
But I no longer shrink my light for the comfort of others.

Bridge of Light – A Divine Offering in Progress
For more than two decades, I’ve shared spiritual tools to help people connect with Divine guidance. Now, I’m honored to introduce a sacred new addition—a digital angel card deck that emerged from a quiet but persistent whisper in my soul.
“When the night is dark and your heart is weary, the Bridge of Light finds you.”
For a long time, this deck lived as a quiet whisper in my spirit—a call to bring more light into our sacred library of Divine messages. Recently, that whisper grew louder. The tools arrived. And I knew it was time.
I’m honored to begin sharing the Bridge of Light Angel Card Deck, a digital offering that will hopefully, eventually become part of our online Rosetta Stone.
