  • Highly Organized and Can Work Without Supervision
  • Passion for learning and applying new things
  • Outstanding ability to respond with empathy to client concerns
  • Preferably local to Williamston, Michigan (must be a U.S. citizen)

Customer Support Duties:

  • Excellent customer service via email, phone and chat
  • Interacting with fans on social networks
  • Understand the necessity for client privacy and uphold that expectation

Social Media Duties:

  • Creating and Editing posts
  • Moderating FB groups
  • Researching people to follow on LinkedIn
  • Accepting friend requests

Website Assistance:

  • Moderating/Replying to comments
  • Posting/Editing pre-written blog posts

Other Possible Duties May Include:

  • Creating simple graphics (with training)
  • Newsletter creation
  • Event assistance
  • Research
  • Updating schedules in our scheduling system
  • Assistance with unique projects

Technical Requirements:

  • Must have your own computer with dependable internet access, speakers and Skype.
  • Must have a stable IP address and cannot use a hotspot. (To test this, type “What is my IP address?” into Google. Do this again in an hour. If the number is exactly the same, you should be fine.  If not, our security system is incompatible with your internet source, and we will unfortunately not be able to work with you.)
  • Will be required to sign non-disclosure agreement.
  • You must be the one completing the work; you cannot “outsource” or delegate these services to another person or company.

  • 20 hours per week, but this could increase during training and if/when all tasks can be managed
  • At least 2 hours each day five days a week (to answer customer service inquiries)
  • Hours will be agreed upon between Rev. Sheri and candidate.

  • Our current budget provides an hourly rate of $10 per hour (negotiable, depending on experience and skill level)
  • Payments are made via PayPal twice per month.

Independent Contractor:

Working as an independent contractor gives you more freedom than an employee, but this also means we do not withhold taxes. You will be responsible for paying in all your taxes. (Please consult your tax professional on the amount you should save out for taxes.)

  • Partially tel-commute. After training, much of the work you do should be able to be done from home. However, we will still require dedicated hours.
  • Choose vacations when you want. Since you’re not an employee, you don’t need to ask permission to take a vacation. However, we would greatly appreciate as much notice as possible – at least two weeks notice please.
  • We do not provide payment for vacations, sick days, or time otherwise not worked. There are no benefits offered with this position. We only offer you payment for services provided and the opportunity to grow with us into something more.

Before you apply, you will need to collect the following: your educational history, your work history (address, phone, dates of employment, etc), 2 work/professional references and their phone numbers, and 1 personal reference.

If your application is accepted, we will ask you for at least 3 sample Facebook posts written by you for Angel Messenger.  We will be contacting candidates during the first full week of August.

This is NOT a position for those wanting training in developing their own business or for psychic practitioners. We are not adding to our psychic team at the moment. If you are interested in spiritual business development, check back because Rev. Sheri may offer that in the near future.
