“Will I soon find the committed, romantic relationship I seek with a good man? I’m a 39 year old divorced mom. I take good care of myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It took me the last three years to reach the point of being ready and able to share my life with a man again. I even would like to remarry. I’ve been dating endlessly for the last 2 1/2 months. I’ve met some really terrific men but the ones I fall for just never last after a few dates. It’s frustrating because they seem to really have feelings for me in return but then the relationship never progresses. A psychic (who I’d like to call a fraud because she tried scaring me out of a lot of money) told me I was cursed and would never find love. This is the only negative experience I’ve ever had with going to a psychic. I’m a good woman. Could it be true that I’ll never find love or will I become part of a happy couple once again?”

When I read this question, I knew I had to answer it … The only curse you’re under, my dear, is the curse of a bad psychic! I’m so sorry that happened to you, but it does seem to run rampant these days. Yes, you will find love again. Unless that was a typo, you’ve been “dating endlessly for the last 2 1/2 months”. It usually takes a little longer than a couple of months to find the love of your life. I don’t like hearing these words either, but patience is a virtue. This is a good year for you, energetically speaking. It’s important to just put yourself out there. You are still young, too. Focus on just getting out and having fun … friendships … more will come. I realize it’s been three years plus the few months, but you’ve really just started looking again, and I don’t see this as something that happens over night. Just hang in there … don’t give up or get frustrated. There is no curse or negativity surrounding you. Don’t let anyone scare you like that. It sounds like that individual was trying to scam you which is really a shame because he/she is going to have to deal with that karma, but at least it’s not your karma. ;)

I’ll tell you, too, I myself have had experience with fraudulent psychics. While I was on sabbatical, I did some research on online psychics who offered free readings and other services so that I could extend those offers to clients. I only found one offer that was acceptable, and I still offer his services on my site … Blair Gorman’s Free Numerology Reports. Blair’s service actually does offer a quality report for free along with a free tutorial on Numerology Basics. He does give you the option of ordering a longer report, but what he offers is honest. I ordered the longer report, and I felt that was worth the money.

I ran across several other offers that were definitely more of the “Give me your money and information and I’ll send you some garbage in return”. One of these actually made me angry, and I found all sorts of complaints about her online. Tara-Medium.com is a site designed to scam people out of money. I signed up for her “free reading” under three different email addresses. I can tell you all the responses are automated and based on what you select as your “wish” or question. The emails she sends are also designed to con people out of money, preying on fear and other negative issues. Let’s see, I remember that I could win the lottery, if only I’d pay her to get the numbers …. hmmm something bad was supposed to happen to me, and I could only prevent it by paying her money. Oh, my favorite one was that someone in my work environment means me harm. That one actually made me laugh since I’m my own boss, and my co-workers are all furry and four-legged creatures who love me dearly and follow me everywhere. I also had a curse at one point.

The most recent set of emails said that she did a “magic prayer” for me in order to “inject my life with the powerful energy of luck”. Well, since I don’t want this woman sending any sort of magical energy my way, although I seriously doubt she does anything of the sort, I froze her energy. Yes, I wrote her name on a piece of parchment and said for her to cause me no harm and to freeze all actions sent by her to me. I added some sea salt and the parchment to a plastic baggie and stuck it in my freezer. I feel no energy from her emails, but they do still irritate me a little. It bothers me to think about all the people who are taken in by her.

WARNING: AVOID TARA-MEDIUM.COM AND ALL OTHER FRAUDULENT PSYCHICS OUT THERE THAT SPEAK OF CURSES OR LOTTERY NUMBERS – THOSE ARE TWO HUGE RED FLAGS!

When looking for a good psychic, it’s best to get a referral from a friend of someone they have tried and liked. The good ones never talk of curses or lottery numbers because curses are crap and psychic ability doesn’t give out lottery numbers like that. Seriously, why does “Tara” – if that’s really her name – even bother people with her scam if she has the ability to divine lottery numbers? Yes, I’m being funny.

Have a great day!
