Thank your for sharing your story. You have given a beautiful example of how Angels help us in our lives. I definitely believe they are meant to be our helpers and protectors. One of the other stories in the podcast was about a young girl who felt abandoned by God and was basically imprisoned in an abusive home. In her case, Heaven had provided Angels to help her even though she didn’t understand or believe at that point. She took action and escaped. In your case, you also had some Heavenly help and took action on the subtle sign they gave you. It might have been just coincidence, but what urged you to take action? I’m glad you listened to their silent nudges. As you said, you didn’t have a choice about being shut in. Life is all about growing and making choices. Even when life’s circumstances create an environment that seems impossible, we learn. There is thankfully hope for the lady in my example, but will she act upon the subtle guidance from her Heavenly helpers? I hope so.

Sheri, hello…I enjoyed this podcast as well as another I heard a while back….I just wished to share with you a comment regarding the woman you mentioned who sheltered herself at home with unlisted number and all and refused to get out and expected her dream man to come to her with flowers…..well I pretty much have done the same with the exception that it was by no choice…I havent had a vehicle in over a year….suffered a bad break up and went into myself for quite a long time…mind you it wasn’t a bad thing i found out a lot about myself during that time, anyhow I basically decided I wasn’t going to “chat” with anyone any longer ‘online’ and be alone in my home…I prayed for someone to come into my life…yet did nothing to help myself because i couldnt really at the moment and refused out of stubbornness or as I like to call it strong will. Well long story short…one morning upon grabbing my cup of coffee and sitting to begin my daily writing in my journal…there happen to be a txt on my phone…I had no idea who it was [unknown number]…yet curious as i am and thinming someone might have changed their number…it said “you awake?” …I replied “I am now and who be you?” well to say the least it was a wrong txt from a guy and we ended up txting the entire weekend nonstop…this was 4 1/2 months ago…I made a friend…and now he has been gone for 2 months to Afghanistan [serviced marine] and wishes for me to wait for him to return!!!! So just to say…Angels do make things happen!!! God’s helpers are so awesome. So the lonely lady…it can happen for her even being shut in…. *smiles*
