    • ]]>     I know I haven’t been online much lately, but I have been quite busy.  I always get frustrated with myself when I don’t get to write in my blog or interact with people on Facebook as much as I’d like to because I feel like that’s how I reach the most people, but sometimes things just don’t work out the way I think they should.  Then again, that’s doesn’t necessarily mean things aren’t the way they should be, right?

    I haven’t been working as much in the afternoons because my house has become the “go to” destination for after school social activities for the neighborhood children.  It’s great, though.  I love kids, but I don’t get as much work done after school as I used to.  ;)

    My mother-in-law has been in the hospital for over two weeks now as well.  I know some of my friends online have been sending prayers her way, and I sincerely appreciate that.  The power of prayer can be a miraculous thing.  We’ve been visiting mom as much as we can, but the hospital is a good distance from our house.  She’s not in critical care anymore, so the prayers are working, but there’s still much debate over how to treat her condition. 

    Though life is always busy, I’m still working on my life’s work.  My schedule is slowing down a little bit from the initial influx of all the people who were waiting for sessions.  So, if you’ve been trying to schedule, now might be a good time to check out the open appointments. 

    I have a new scheduling system now, too.  I’m using Bookeo, which is giving me more options than my old scheduling company, and I should even be able to offer gift vouchers for the holiday season.

    Speaking of appointments, I am now offering in-person appointments on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.  But, there is a catch … you have to be approved for in-person appointments before scheduling.  I’m really not trying to make things complicated.  It’s just that my office is in my home, and I need to be careful about letting just anyone have my address or posting it on the internet.  With this new program, you actually have to enter a password in order to schedule.  If you have been to an in-person session with me in the past year, you are probably already on my list of allowed visitors.  I’m in the process of updating that list now.  Once I’m finished, you should receive an email letting you know you can schedule.  But, if you don’t want to wait, or you are new and would like to be added to my list, please fill out this form.  Once you are added to my list for in-person appointments, you will be sent a password that allows you to schedule online.

    There are two workshops coming up in November as well.  I’m always saying that my primary goal is to help others connect with the other side on their own, and these workshops do just that.  The first is a meditation workshop on Tuesday morning, Nov. 15th, where you can meet with me at my home for a meditation and conversation.  The second workshop is an Introduction to Mandalas.  The Mandala workshop is scheduled for Thursday evening, Nov. 17th. If you are local to the area, it would be great to have you join a class and meet with me in my home.  Check out my schedule here for more information on workshops.

    The angels do their best to get our attention and to communicate with us. In this way, they help us heal our own lives. However, we often discount the signs they give us, writing them off as mere coincidences or our imagination. The angels say: “We can’t write our messages to you in the sky. You’ve got to pay attention and believe when you see any patterns forming in your life — especially in response to any questions or prayers you’ve posed. When you hear the same song repeatedly or see the same number sequence, who do you think is behind this? Your angels, of course!”

    Number Sequences

    Your angels often communicate messages to you by showing you sequences of numbers. They do this in two ways. First, they subtly whisper in your ear so you’ll look up in time to notice the clock’s time or a phone number on a billboard. The angels hope you’ll be aware that you’re seeing this same number sequence repeatedly. For instance, you may frequently see the number sequence 111, and it seems every time you look at a clock the time reads 1:11 or 11:11.

    The second way in which angels show you meaningful number sequences is by physically arranging for, say, a car to drive in front of you that has a specific license plate number they want you to see. Those who are aware of this phenomenon become adept at reading the meaning of various license plates. In this way, the angels will actually give you detailed messages. Here are the basic meanings of various number sequences. However, your own angels will tell you if your situation holds a different meaning for you. Ask your angels, “What are you trying to tell me?” and they’ll happily give you additional information to help decode their numeric meanings.

    Monitor your thoughts carefully, and be sure to only think about what you want, not what you don’t want. This sequence is a sign that there is a gate of opportunity opening up, and your thoughts are manifesting into form at record speeds. The 111 is like the bright light of a flash bulb. It means the universe has just taken a snapshot of your thoughts and is manifesting them into form. Are you pleased with what thoughts the universe has captured? If not, correct your thoughts (ask your angels to help you with this if you have difficulty controlling or monitoring your thoughts).

    Our newly planted ideas are beginning to grow into reality. Keep watering and nurturing them, and soon they will push through the soil so you can see evidence of your manifestation. In other words, don’t quit five minutes before the miracle. Your manifestation is soon going to be evident to you, so keep up the good work! Keep holding positive thoughts, keep affirming, and continue visualizing.

    The Ascended Masters are near you, desiring you to know that you have their help, love, and companionship. Call upon the Ascended Masters often, especially when you see the number 3 patterns around you. Some of the more famous Ascended Masters include: Jesus, Moses, Mary, Quan Yin, and Yogananda.

    The angels are surrounding you now, reassuring you of their love and help. Don’t worry because the angels’ help is nearby.

    Buckle your seatbelts. A major life change is upon you. This change should not be viewed as being “positive” or “negative,” since all change is but a natural part of life’s flow. Perhaps this change is an answer to your prayers, so continue seeing and feeling yourself being at peace.

    Your thoughts are out of balance right now, focused too much on the material world. This number sequence asks you to balance your thoughts between heaven and earth. Like the famous “Sermon on the Mount,” the angels ask you to focus on spirit and service, and know your material and emotional needs will automatically be met as a result.

    The angels applaud you…congratulations, you’re on a roll! Keep up the good work and know your wish is coming true. This is an extremely positive sign and means you should also expect more miracles to occur.

    A phase of your life is about to end, and this is a sign to give you forewarning to prepare. This number sequence may mean you are winding up an emotional career, or relationship phase. It also means there is light at the end of the tunnel. In addition, it means, “The crops are ripe. Don’t wait to pick and enjoy them.” In other words, don’t procrastinate making your move or enjoying fruits of your labor.

    Completion. This is the end of a big phase in your personal or global life. Also, it is a message to lightworkers involved in Earth healing and means, “Get to work because Mother Earth needs you right now.”

    000

    A reminder you are one with God, and to feel the presence of your Creator’s love within you. Also, it is a sign that a situation has gone full circle.

    • ]]>     Many of the questions I receive are about interpreting the free online angel card readings.  And, actually, that is one area of my site that I have been working on ideas to improve upon.  I know sometimes it can be difficult to interpret the meaning of the cards, and that is where a private consultation comes in handy.  However, since I’m not currently offering private appointments, I’m writing in hopes of helping you to make more sense of your free online reading.

    The best advice I can give anyone on interpreting the cards is to let go and think outside the box; don’t always take the wording so exactly.  For example, I did the simple one card reading the other day just asking for a message.  Really, I was looking for some good news, but I was open to whatever came through.  The card that came up was “Shanti” which says, “I am the Angel of Peace.  I bring you new tranquility, and a smoother road ahead.”  For some reason, the “smoother road ahead” part sent a vision of a nice and clean blacktop road.  I hadn’t been thinking about the construction around my home at all when I asked the question; I was simply asking for a message and kept my mind open.  I took the card to hopefully mean my street would soon be finished, and that would definitely bring me a smoother road, peace and tranquility.  The card doesn’t show a picture of construction, and the card could surely be interpreted in other ways, especially just the simple explanation that things will get easier, but I used all of myself to be open to the message.  Using all of myself brought the vision of blacktop to my mind.  Using all of yourself and being open to all possibilities can bring you a much clearer message.  Oh, by the way, blacktop paving began on my street last night, and I am oh so pleased by that!  :)

    One of the most confusing parts of the reading is the “block” card.  This card represents what might be hindering your progress at the present time.   I know this can be confusing sometimes, especially because the cards all have such positive messages.  Again, think outside the box.  Let me give you an example.  I have to talk about the abundance and prosperity type cards here because my husband asked about this the other day, and another person asked about this same exact thing on my chat earlier today.  Having a card in the block position that talks about abundance and prosperity coming your way is certainly confusing, but think about what you’re not feeling abundance and prosperity in within your life.  Could it be that a lack of abundance in joy could be hindering your goals?  It’s certainly possible.  For my husband, my interpretation was exactly that.  He’s overly stressed in is day to day job, and that’s hindering his progress in his side business.  Like many, he’s in a position where his “job” isn’t exactly his passion, but that doesn’t mean he has to be miserable.  Finding ways to experience joyful abundance in the area that’s not always so great can help bring other types of abundance to the topic in question.

    Numerology’s Karma Number – What Lessons you Must Learn in Life

    Want to know what kind of karmic lessons you need to work on in this lifetime? Numerology can tell you what kinds of karma you are carrying over from a previous life. We just need to calculate your Karma number.

    Calculating your Karma Number

    Your Karma number comes from a specific branch of Numerology called Yantra or Magic Square numerology. It consist of constructing a Magic square using your birth date numbers, and then interpreting the values in the specific boxes in the square.

    Your Karma number is found by taking the day of the month of your birth day, and subtracting (1), then reducing the result by fadic addition.

    For example, actor Johnny Depp was born on June 9th, 1963; so his Karma number would be calculated as follows:

    Karma number = (Day of Birth Month – 1) = (9 – 1) = (8)

    The Karma number values and their meanings are listed below.

    Karma Number (0)

    You don’t have a particular karmic lesson to deal with in this lifetime. You have an opportunity to start this incarnation with a clean slate instead of having a specific flaw to overcome.

    Karma Number (1)

    You are dealing with the karma of failing to be independent and stand on your own two feet in a previous life. You will probably start off this lifetime being overly dependant on others, and having to learn to be independent.

    Karma Number (2)

    You are dealing with the karma of failing to learn to use your intuition in a previous life. You also made some key mistakes in close relationships which you must work to improve in this lifetime. You will probably start this life with little confidence in your intuition, and then have to learn to use it and develop it as you grow older.

    Karma Number (3)

    You are dealing with the karma of being too frivolous and superficial in a previous lifetime; of not taking life seriously enough. Your lesson for this life is to balance your life, learn when to be serious and down to earth, and when to let go and enjoy life.

    Karma Number (4)

    You are dealing with the karma of being too lazy in a past lifetime; of not working hard enough. You will probably start off this lifetime having to work harder than other people to achieve the same results. But, if you are persistent and work hard, your life will gradually become easier as your karma resolves itself.

    Karma Number (5)

    You are dealing with the karma of overindulging in some kind of personal pleasures in a past lifetime; of wasting too mush time on yourself. Your lesson for this life is to learn to use your time wisely; to make sacrifices now in order to help yourself and others later. This is a difficult lesson and may take you an entire lifetime to master.

    Karma Number (6)

    You are dealing with the karma of disregarding your family responsibilities in a previous lifetime. Your lesson for this life is to learn to love and care for your family. You will probably have a particular family member with special attention needs placed in this lifetime to test you.

    Karma Number (7)

    You are dealing with the karma of failing to fully develop spiritually in a past life. Your lesson for this lifetime is to develop your faith, or your spirituality. You will probably start off the life with a doubting and questioning approach to spiritual matters, and then have to develop insight and belief as you grow older.

    Karma Number (8)

    You are dealing with the karma of misusing money in a previous life. You either had wealth and squandered it, or perhaps you took money from those who needed it more than you did. You will probably start this lifetime with little money, and will have to work extremely hard to get ahead in life. This situation will improve as you work off this karmic debt.

    Karma Number (9)

    You are dealing with the karma of avoiding helping other people in a past life. Your lesson in this lifetime is to learn to be a humanitarian and help others. You will probably start this life with great personal needs of your own, and will only progress in life when this lesson is mastered.

    Karma Number (11)

    You are dealing with the karma of wasting opportunities in a past life due to a lack of confidence or a fear of failure. Your lesson in this lifetime is to prepare and grasp life’s opportunities when they are presented to you. The good news is that you will receive these opportunities again in this lifetime.

    You are dealing with the karma of misusing a position of responsibility in a past life. Your lesson in this lifetime is to accept responsibility when it is offered, and to work hard to achieve something worthwhile with it.     As you may or may not be aware, I have been unable to offer one on one sessions for the past month or so due to a city construction project.  My street is incredibly noisy during the day, making it impossible for me to do readings or healing sessions at this time.  The city is replacing gas and water lines and resurfacing the street.  I was only given a few days notice of the project, and work is expected to go into August.  I did receive a notice recently that they may finish early, but we have also had a lot of rain, which I’m sure pushes the project back a bit.  Personally, I have been really struggling with migraine headaches this summer, and that makes getting work done a bit more difficult as well.

    While I am unable to offer individual sessions, I am offering more email readings per week.  Though, the readings I put online yesterday sold out within a few hours.  I am also working on a few projects that I hope to have online in the future.

    If you are looking for a good reading in the meantime, I have had good readings through Psychic Access.  Thus far, I have found them to be a reputable company who actually checks out the psychics they display on their site, and I have had two good readings there myself.

    ]]>     I realized I haven’t been writing in my blog as much as usual lately.  My schedule has been quite full, so I try to keep up with people via Facebook.  But, as my husband reminded me yesterday, not everyone is on Facebook.  So, if you’re wondering if I might have fallen off a cliff somewhere, don’t worry … I’m still here!  ;)

    I’ve had quite a few questions come through both my contact form and the form to submit a question to the “Ask Sheri” column, and I plan to be responding to a question for my column soon.  However, there were some repeating questions I feel should be addressed as well …

    Unblocking people from my site - This is interesting.  I’ve had a couple of different people contact me saying they can’t access the free angel card readings on my site.  One person actually thought I blocked her from my site.  Since she sent her question through the form for the “Ask Sheri” column, I don’t have an email to contact her back at, or I would let her know that I didn’t block anyone from using the free online angel card readings.  In fact, I wouldn’t even know how to do that.  I do know how to block people from commenting in my blog and have done so with spammers.  However, I have not blocked anyone from using my website.  One thing I could think that might cause this is too much traffic on my site could shut it down temporarily.  This has happened before but only lasts for maybe a few minutes at most.  I get a lot of visitors!  :)   The only way to avoid this is to pay for a private server, and that would be way too expensive for me.  Other than that, it might be a problem with a person’s own internet connection or browser.

    Comments not working in scheduler – Several people have written in to ask why they didn’t get the option to give feedback on their reading.  I do not know the answer to that question, but I do have a suspicion that it’s not working properly.  My last comment was from March 1st.  I know clients are selected randomly for feedback, and I don’t have any control over who is chosen.  Being the combination of no new feedback with the number of readings I’ve been doing along with the people sending me questions about it, there’s a good possibility something is wrong.  However, you can always contact me through my site with your feedback.  If you would like me to add it to my site (where the rotating comments are), I can do that when possible.  As for adding comments to my scheduler, I won’t be able to do that, but I will contact the company when I can.  There was a newsletter they sent out yesterday saying some updates were made, so it might already be fixed.

    Loving the free stuff but wanting more – I know everyone loves the different options for the free online angel card readings that have been added to my site, and I’m happy they are being used and enjoyed.  I’ve had several people ask when I plan on adding more stuff, and I am working on it.  Besides the angel readings, I do have several free ebooks you can download, and I’m working on adding another new ebook soon.  As for free online readings, I do not currently have plans for adding anything new in that department.

    Donations - If you are not able to donate to my site, please do not feel obligated to do so.  While I am grateful for all donations offered, and they do help me support my site and offer new things, I completely understand that not everyone is able to donate.  If you really want to give back but can’t do it financially, give back in some other way.  Pay it forward … do something nice for someone else.

    If you’re wondering what donations are used for, they help with many things.  Donations can be used for website maintenance, adding new free stuff, providing discounted services for those experiencing financial hardship.  Most of the costs for all of these things comes out of my own pocket, but I do received donations from time to time and am always grateful no matter the amount.  Of course, there are several charities I donate to as well, but they change all the time as I find new ones I like.  I’m not always able to do as much as I’d like to, but doing what I can will make a difference to someone out there.  And, that’s all anyone can do.  If you like the free stuff on my site and cannot give back financially, it’s more than okay.  Maybe tell a friend about the free online readings instead.  ;)

Sheri http://www.angelmessenger.net/?p=5517 Read More →]]> My last couple of posts have been so emotionally straining that I decided I needed a lighthearted post in here somewhere.  Being a Scorpio, I tend to feel things very deeply, but sometimes I just need to chilax!  So, that’s what I’m doing here for a minute.  I’m just talking to you like I’m chatting on the phone with a friend or somethin’.  :)

    My munchkin is outside playing some basketball in our near spring weather.  The sun is shining, and there’s still snow on the ground, but he’s out there in a sweatshirt shooting hoops – gotta love that!  I have all the shades open in the house to let in as much sun as possible.

    Today was a good day.  It was a full day of appointments, but I’m actually not too tired.  Tomorrow, I’ll be working on a project during the day and then have more readings at night.

    Speaking of projects, I think my guides have been trying to get me to put together a psychic development class.  I did have a similar class I taught before on the topic, but I haven’t held that class in a while.  Before, I didn’t have a good place to have classes, but moving solved that.  I have a great space for classes now, and I’ve been really thinking about teaching again.  If I put together the psychic development class, I will want to make some major changes to the class I had originally put together.  It needs more … something.

    My family went to see Rango over the weekend, and there was a funny preview for the next Kung Fu Panda movie that keeps sticking in my head.  The panda was zooming along on a street when a cryptic voices says, “Watch for the signs.”  The panda says, “What signs?” and then proceeds to get whacked in the head with all kinds of literal signs as he’s zooming along on the road.  Then he says something like, “Those signs really hurt!”  I think we’ve all hit some of those signs at some time in our lives, huh?

    I don’t know why that came to mind all of a sudden.  Maybe it’s because the signs I’ve been seeing that I need to put together this class, but there’s still a lot I’m unsure about with it.  I think it needs more than two days, so a weekend class might not be enough.  I need to revamp the book, too.  It’s on my “to do” list, I guess.

    Well, it looks like it’s time for homework now …

    ]]>     The trial email readings were a success! Everyone has really been enjoying them, and they are easier to fit into my schedule than adding more appointments.  I plan to continue offering email readings but do not have time to create a new page in my website right now, so I’m using my blog to post the info for now.  Like with the trial, I will only offer a set number of email readings per week. Once they have been purchased, they will be “out of stock” until I add more to the inventory for the button below.

    My plan is to add readings to my inventory on Sunday or Monday, and respond to those purchases by that following Friday.  Readings will be responded to in the order they were purchased.  These email readings take an average of a half hour each to complete. I have decided to keep the price of $25 for now to account for my time and energy, but I am not sure that will be a permanent price.

    Once you purchase an email reading, I will contact you by email to ask for your details. These email readings will work the same as the “Ask Sheri” column in my blog. I will ask for your first name, date of birth and question. But, instead of answering your question online in my blog, I will send your answer to your private email.

    I’ve included a box below to add an alternate email, since I know some people might have a paypal email they don’t necessarily want their information sent to. Use the box below to enter the email you would like me to contact you at, where the email reading will be sent.

    ]]>     Okay, so I keep getting requests for “Ask Sheri” style private email readings, so I’ve decided to really think about it.  I have quite a few international clients for which time zones and long distance charges can make telephone readings difficult.  Even for stateside clients, sometimes an email reading is much more convenient.

    Here’s the deal …

    I want to test out email readings on a few test subjects.  If you are interested in receiving a free private email reading with me, please leave me a message below as a comment to this blog saying something like, “I would like a free email reading.”  (Messages must be left in response to this blog at http://www.angelmessenger.net/fun-stuff/email-reading-guinea-pigs-needed/.  Responses left on Facebook will not count.) Please don’t write your question or any personal details.  You don’t even need to leave your real name, but do use your real email address.  Your email address will not show up in the comment, and I will need that to contact you.  (Please be sure to check back on this blog to see if you’ve won.  My emails tend to get stuck in spam filters.)  I will contact winners via email and ask for your details then.  I will ask for the same information I ask for in my “Ask Sheri” blog column … name, date of birth, question, etc.

    I’m not sure how many free email readings I will be giving away.  I guess that will depend on how many people respond.  The more people respond, the more I will give away.  I want to judge how many people are interested, too.  ;)

    **UPDATE 12-23-10

    If you are having trouble leaving a comment,

    First, make sure you are entering the “captcha phrase” just underneath the submit button. (Scroll down to the bottom of the entries to find the comment box and submit button.) Most sites use these captcha things now to help block out spammers, and I had tons of spam comments without it.

    Secondly, I think my blog was actually down for a bit because of the traffic. If too many people are trying to post at the same time, it can get confused. If you’re entering the captcha phrase and still getting an error message, try again in a few minutes.
