Everyone has given a donation after their reading thus far. If I understand correctly, though, my Skype menu will give me the option to charge for the call when someone calls me through Skype. I click on the charge option, and then you should see a menu giving you the option to accept the charge. I've heard it's very easy, but I am new to this aspect of Skype.
