“I have started a process of chemotherapy for breast cancer. … My question is -Will my process & healing be as smooth as I anticipate? … I also worry about my husband & 2 sons ,and how they are and will they handle this blow to their emotions. I also have a business that has been reduced due to my absence and I pray daily for what angle God would lead me on this part of my journey.”
Your healing will be a process, but you will heal. I know it’s frightening, but you are not alone. I know you’re also concerned about the hair loss, but you have to remember that it does come back. It’s difficult … It is a shock, especially at first, but your hair is a part of your beautifully resilient body. It will come back.
As for your family, everyone is concerned, and that is perfectly normal. It’s very important that you pull together as a family now. Don’t hide feelings – that only breeds fear in these situations. You need to talk about what’s going on. This is something that affects the whole family. Your boys may understand things a little differently, but they still know. When the whole family accepts and deals with the situation together, everything goes much more smoothly. Your husband and sons will be okay. I just see that they need to feel it’s okay to share how they feel … communication and love can do so much!
With your business, I know it’s something you are concerned about, but let it be. You still need your work, but it’s okay for things not to be quite the same. You are being guided in a slightly different direction, and part of that has to do with your career/business. Your life as you know it is about to change. Change can be scary, but I can tell you this is a path you’re meant to take. Praying for direction is okay to do, but don’t try searching for your altered path. You won’t find it until you need it. You will probably get a few clues closer to your birthday, but there are other things that need to take place first. You need to heal. You need to focus on family and yourself.
Most of all, you need to be strong. Call on Archangel Michael for strength, courage and protection during this time. Know you are not alone. You have an extraordinary number of angels surrounding you and your family right now. This is one of those times that test our faith, but this is where you need to just “Let Go and Let God.”
